ALAIN BLATCHÈ

French designer`s Alain Blatché is graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from University of Buenos Aires. He has studied Design at Escola de Desenho Industrial (School of Industrial Design) in Paris. Living in Brazil for some years, his products are always present in the best furniture companies. Awarded in contests such as Salão Design Movesul, Casa Brasil and Planeta Casa, he has participated both in national and international exhibitions. His collections are geared to aspects of contemporary design, with products comprising an extensive range of decorative possibilities and of great visual impact. In his works, he has drawn inspiration from many sources. Study, research, production and marketing knowledge, design quality, intelligence, differentiation, new proposals, the courage to innovate and differentiate. For him, each designer holds a potential audience. When it comes to Design Habitat, he says he interprets the needs of the company and mingles them with global trends, giving them a commercial basis. He says that we have to accept the fact that the formidable dynamics of design lies in the triangulation among: art (drawing), science (industry) and economy (distribution). “It is appropriate to maintain the confluence of these territories: the designer must know and master the three tips of this triangle.” Saccaro has signed the collections Ana Rech and Mo Bo Ma.
